2023 Spirit of Solstice, 375ml, 15.0%
Our second release of a holiday spiced wine. This wine is based on a recipe that we have made for friends and family in years past. With this batch, we fortified a sweet rose' of Tempranillo early in fermentation, aged it for 9 months to allow for the spirits to marry, and then lightly infused it with holiday spices, including orange peel, cinnamon, and clove. It's excellent served warm, and will be a popular part of any holiday gathering.
